Free pickup, and who gets it
Complimentary transfers cover hotels and lodges in Victoria Falls town, Zimbabwe, within a 5 km radius. The same transfer brings you back after the cruise.
If you are staying in Livingstone
Guests in Livingstone hotels on the Zambian side are not collected. Plan your own way to the waterfront, or choose a lodge on the Zimbabwean side.
The national-park fee
A national-park fee is payable directly at check-in. It is not part of the amount you pay on GetYourGuide, so allow for it on the night.
Dietary requests
Say what you need in the special requests when you book, or message the WhatsApp number on the voucher at least 24 hours before. Requests that are not communicated in advance cannot be guaranteed.
Your ticket
The mobile ticket is available in the GetYourGuide app and on the website right after you book. Nothing has to be printed.
Gratuity
Tips for the crew are not included. Decide as a party beforehand, so that nobody is working it out on the dock.
