Dinner cruise, private cruise or the 2-hour luxury cruise: which fits your party
Three evenings from one operator, compared on length, food, boat and who each suits.
Reserve the Zambezi dinner cruise ↗The three at a glance
| Cruise | Length | On board |
|---|---|---|
| Sunset dinner cruise | 3 hours | Four-course dinner and drinks; six-course upgrade |
| Private sunset cruise | 2 hours | A small boat for your party, with canapés and premium drinks |
| Luxury sunset cruise | 2 hours | Zambezi Explorer, with canapés and drinks; Signature Deck upgrade |
If dinner is the point
The dinner cruise is the only one of the three with a full meal: four courses on Zambezi Breeze, or six on Zambezi Reflections. It also runs longest, at three hours.
If it is two of you or a small family
The private sunset cruise gives your party exclusive use of Kalunda, a small boat, for two hours. Food is canapés, not a full dinner.
If you want a shorter evening
The luxury sunset cruise runs two hours on Pure Africa's flagship Zambezi Explorer. Expect canapés and drinks rather than a dinner.
Three decks on Zambezi Explorer
Two lower Luxury Decks offer lounge seating, drinks, mocktails and snacks. The Signature Deck above them adds premium canapés and premium drinks from a dedicated mixologist.
What stays the same
All three offer free hotel pickup in Victoria Falls town, Zimbabwe, and none collects from Livingstone. A national-park fee is payable at check-in on each.
Cancellation and payment
All three show free cancellation up to 24 hours ahead and reserve now, pay later. Compare the dates before you decide, since each has its own starting times.
